Let me start by saying, 5 stars is not enough for this team of professionals. I can't say enough about Dr. Connors and his staff. Dr. Connors has to be the most caring doctor I have ever met. I am telling you now... I will NEVER go anywhere else. He did my eyelid surgery in November, and I never once felt ANY pain or discomfort. When I say he loves what he does, it has to be true. From the consult to surgery to post op he was so informative, he told me the truth, and talked me through the surgery while in progress. It was such a wonderful experience and I never dreamed I would say that about having my eyelids cut open! He even called me personally the night after surgery to make sure I was ok. I got a call from the nurse too! The office is super inviting, and the operating room was state of the art. In the operating room, they even placed warming blankets on me in case I got too cold. All of these extra little things I would not have normally thought of add up to make sure it is a relaxed and comfortable environment throughout the procedure. The pre and post appointments were informative and prepared me for any and everything. They gave me information I never even thought about. They are thorough, make sure you're prepared, and don't miss a beat. Your safety and wellbeing are top concerns in this practice. I worked with Kristi, Kaysi, and Taylor through this process, and they were all incredibly personable and professional. I felt welcome during every visit and always love talking to them. I have not encountered anyone I would not recommend from this practice. They give the white glove service. I am going back to have several procedures done. My blepharoplasty experience was perfect, and I owe it all to Dr. Connors and team. Thank you all for being experienced and caring professionals. You made me feel at ease about my decision. I'm so incredibly happy with my experience at PSGA. I live in Orlando and specifically traveled there for my surgery. Over the years I've also gone there for my Botox and filler injections because they do a phenomenal job and don't make you look "overdone." Prior to going to PSGA for my consult, I felt ugly and defeated that my body looked the way it did. I explained to Dr. Hart how much pain my legs were always in from "chub rub," my arms were always sore from the extra weight, and that my stomach just felt like it was flabby mush. For my surgery, I did a tummy tuck, 360 lipo, and lipo on my arms, legs, knees, and back. I'm in complete awe of how wonderful I feel and look. I know I still have some swelling because its only been a few weeks, but I've already seen such an improvement! Dr. Hart has been a rock star through the entire process from the consult, determining the best plan for me, the surgery itself, and frequently checking on my progress. The office staff is top notch and has been equally as supportive through this medical journey. I 100% will continue to go to see Dr. Hart and staff. I have never had any facial treatments before today and I didn’t have the first clue where to start. I have to say, I am so happy with the results from Dr. Hart's work! I am in my mid 30's and was apprehensive about getting any sort of work done. However, I had some fine lines and wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes that I wanted reduced. I received breast implants at an early age. As the years passed, I dealt with issues of asymmetry that required multiple surgeries. I was looking to get under eye fillers in the north Atlanta area. I found a practitioner near me at Dr John Connors Plastic Surgery Group of Atlanta, Avalon Location. I went in for a consult with Jenny Azar, NP-C, BSN. She has been performing plastics since 2011 and fillers since 2015. She made me feel comforted at the facility and confident that I could ask her anything. Since I had already done some research, she gave me some very insightful perspectives on making the most of any skincare and facial treatment I choose. Based on my facial structure and hollows in my face, we opted for two different types of Restalyne hyaluronic fillers, for the cheeks as well as the under eyes. The procedure took about one hour, from numbing to injections and clean up. The overall environment at John Connors Surgery Center was very clean, modern and comforting. Jenny did a great job from explaining why she chooses Restalyne, to the procedure and post procedure care and what I should expect for recovery and future needs. For my first time getting fillers, at age 27, it was a great experience and Jenny did a great job! I’ve hated certain areas of my body for years. As I’ve aged, they just continued to get worse & worse. After lots of research, I finally bit the bullet & scheduled a consult with Dr. Connors. Overall results are amazing. My recovery was probably harder than anyone else’s I’ve talked to. My body was angry & super slow to heal. But Dr. Connors & Dr. Maggie always made time to see me, up to twice a week at times. I know lots of women prefer female doctors, but Dr. Connors never made me feel the least bit uncomortable. He was always professional & easy to talk to. He isn’t “in it for the money”, & actually discouraged surgery/treatment in numerous areas I asked about. I could NOT be happier with the services and products received at Dr. Connors office! First, making an appointment was super easy, the ladies in the front office are so extremely nice (and insanely beautiful) and the treatment from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave is so comforting. I had juvederm in my lips and it was slightly painful as expected (needles, duh) but he was so gentle and I couldn't be happier with the natural looking results. I'll be going back again and again.
