This patient in her twenties came in for a combined rhinoplasty/septoplasty procedure. Dr. Connors addressed her concerns and used an open rhinoplasty technique in order to narrow the bridge, correct the angle of the tip and reduce the overall size of her nose. He also corrected the deviation in her septum.
