Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist
Lisa Garveigh has been an integral member of the Plastic Surgery Group of Atlanta team since 2021. A native of Dayton, OH, Lisa has spent over two decades perfecting her skills as an aesthetician, cosmetologist, and laser specialist.
Since moving to Atlanta in 2002, Lisa has served as a makeup artist for both Tony & Tina and Elizabeth Arden. She also perfected her skills in brow shaping, laminating, and tinting while working at Moda Beauty Bar. Additionally, her experience at spas – as well as her Masters in Cosmetology – have helped her become proficient in a number of sought-after non-surgical treatments.
At PSGA, Lisa performs:
- Sciton® laser treatments. Lisa is an expert in these procedures, having specialized in BroadBand Light (BBL™) technology for over 14 years. These laser solutions can address skin imperfections and signs of aging while comprehensively enhancing overall skin quality.
- Laser skin resurfacing. The advanced HALO® system can treat skin damage and signs of aging by combining deep dermal rejuvenation with epidermal renewal. Lisa has employed laser skin resurfacing to help patients achieve improved skin tone, texture, and appearance with minimal downtime.
- Chemical peels. Lisa and our team at PSGA can use chemical peels to revitalize the complexion. This type of treatment involves the application of a chemical solution to remove damaged outer skin layers.
- Facials. A wide variety of exfoliating facials exist. As a qualified medical aesthetician, Lisa can help patients select the ideal facial (or combination of facial treatments) to meet their skin care needs.
- Cosmetic tattooing. Also known as “permanent makeup,” this option involves the application of pigments into the skin to enhance features like eyebrows, eyelashes, and lips, reducing the need for daily makeup application.
- Brow shaping and other brow treatments. A master of all things “brow-related,” Lisa has helped countless patients obtain their perfect eyebrows with brow shaping, cosmetic tattooing, and more.
Lisa is not only an aesthetic expert, but an invaluable asset to our PSGA staff. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice, working hard to ensure each patient receives unbeatable results.
